It raises thousands of dollars each month for ACS. M. One of L.A.’s hottest mixologists, Talmadge Lowe of Pharmacie (and co-founder of Heirloom L.A.) will be concocting bespoke cocktails at Environment Showroom Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a booksigning of “Rough Luxe Design” with author Kahi Lee.
